References to the “GDPR” throughout this section include, as applicable: the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679; the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR as it forms part of the law of England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; and the Swiss revised Federal Act on Data Protection, SR 235.1, effective September 1, 2023.

 

Legal Basis: We will only use your personal data, as that term is defined under the GDPR, when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

Collection of personal data from third-party sources: We may obtain personal data and other information about you from public sources and through our third-party partners who help us provide our products and services to you.

CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

 

If you submit personal data to us, that information may be processed in a jurisdiction where privacy laws may be less stringent than those in your country of residence.
